Joint Trust Inset Day- January 2025

On Friday 10th January, all of our Trust schools came together for the first time for our joint Inset Day at David Nieper Academy.

Our theme for this year’s Inset Day was Effective Communication, led by our keynote speaker, Simon Day, who facilitated our main session and a number of workshops with senior leaders.

As the Trust grows, and with Mickley soon set to join our us as our fourth school, ensuring that our communication systems are working for everyone is vitally important. The Inset Day was designed to enable networking amongst colleagues and continue to build supportive relationships across the Trust.

We hope everyone who attended had an enjoyable and productive day and we look forward to the next one.
