• We offer a range of services, including support with human resources, governance, finance and estate management. These can be tailored to the individual needs of your school – leaving you free to focus on teaching and learning.

• Across the Trust we to support children from 3-19 years old and understand the huge benefits to children of secondary and primary teachers working together.

• As a small trust we respect the independence of each academy and are here to help, not to set a single direction for all our schools.

• Through David Nieper Academy, all our schools have access to superb facilities such as sports halls, dance studio, computer suite and science labs.
• Our unrelenting Trust-wide focus on teaching students skills such as teamwork, presentation and problem-solving, as well as character traits such as confidence and curiosity, come together through our shared employability skills programme.
• Our Headteachers Group, which meets fortnightly, means that all schools have a voice and are part of the Trust’s future growth.
• We understand the process of becoming an academy and offer full support throughout the consultation and joining process, which can take around 12 months.
