Victoria Merrick

Victoria has over twenty years’ experience within the education sector starting her career as an Art & Creative Media teacher and latterly a Trust lead for Curriculum, Assessment, Data and Strategic Leadership of Careers. 

She is now working independently as an Education Improvement Consultant, with Trusts, schools and EdTech companies providing ongoing training, coaching and advice.

Victoria is passionate about Careers and employability education, providing a strong resonance with the aims and vision of Christopher Nieper Education Trust, and she is currently consulting with a national body, developing training resources for schools. She is also a Governor for a maintained Primary school in central Nottingham. Her current work and interests are combined with undertaking an MA in Educational Assessment with Cambridge University.

Her hobbies and interests include travel, open water swimming and walking with her two spaniels.
