Nicola is responsible for overseeing all aspects of governance effectiveness and ensuring the Trust adheres to the highest standards of compliance.
Prior to joining the Trust in late June, she worked in Executive Assistant roles for fifteen years across a range of sectors within Derbyshire, providing comprehensive c-suite support, facilitating efficient processes and ensuring Directors met relevant regulations and requirements. Nicola also contributes to the establishment and successful implementation of policies and initiatives across the Trust.
Away from the office, Nicola enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hiking and reading. She is also a true crime documentary and podcast addict.
