Maria Barnes- Trust HR Manager

Barnes mariaPrior to Maria joining the HR department at David Nieper Academy in February 2020, she worked for her family business, providing support on all HR-related matters.

Having a passion for the education sector, Maria started working for David Nieper Academy, completing all day-to-day HR related tasks and being the first port of call for any HR-related queries. After completing her CIPD level 5, and learning from her experience, she is now responsible for the HR function for all our schools across Christopher Nieper Education Trust. Maria has had the pleasure in seeing the trust grow during her time at David Nieper Academy and is committed in ensuring we provide a positive and happy working environment for everyone.
